can I receive a price quotation?
Initially, over the phone, IntelliRecovery will provide
a price range per your media specifications. In order
for us to provide you with an accurate price quotation,
we will need your media/hard drive recovery in-house
to have it go through our Free engineer assessment.
Once assessed, we will contact you with a detailed report
as well as an accurate recovery price quotation. The
initial quoted price range is just an estimated range
you can expect per the specifications you provide. If
for any reason your job is deemed a "No Recovery"
by our engineers, there will be no charge placed for
our services per our “No Data, No Charge”
policy (shipping & handling charges, Priority assessment
fees excluded).
Is there
a fee for an evaluation?
IntelliRecovery Data Recovery offers customers free
media evaluations on all recovery types including hard
disk drives from all platforms as well as removable
media. Turnaround time for most evaluations are completed
within 24 hours. Once assessed, IntelliRecovery will
contact the customer with a full media assessment along
with a firm accurate price quotation so that the customer
may make an informed decision.
Once an
accurate price quotation is authorized by the client,
can the price increase following the full recovery procedure?
Once a firm price is quoted, there will be absolutely
no additional charges placed on the customer for the
data recovery service (shipping/handling fees, additional
media requirements excluded)

how long will it take to complete the recovery?
IntelliRecovery Data Recovery offers customers three
options to better suit different timeframe requirements.
Critical Data Recovery – Immediate Engineer Assistance,
Priority-1-2 business days, and Standard-5-7 business
days.

For those who have vital data that just can not wait,

Engineer Assistance. IntelliRecovery recognizes that

which immediately dedicates our engineers on your particular

Standard Data Recovery – 5-7

For those whose data is important but not time sensitive,
we offer our Standard Data Recovery time-frame which
has a completion turnaround time of 5-7 business days.
The first step towards your data recovery process is
to have our engineers diagnose/evaluate your media and
determine the proper steps needed to recover your data.
Once your media has gone through a thorough diagnosis
by our data rescue engineers, we will inform you of
our findings and provide you with a firm and accurate
price quote. Customer will then be asked for their full
authorization to allow our data recovery engineers to
proceed with their recovery. The job will then be placed
in the order it was received.
Will I be
charged even if there is no data recovered or if the
recovered data is useless to me?
IntelliRecovery firmly honors our No Data, No Charge
policy. Simply stated, IntelliRecovery will not charge
if there is no data recovered. This also includes partial
recoveries in which the data recovered is of no use
to the customer. A service charge is only placed once
the recovered data has been fully verified and accepted
by the customer. If the customer is not satisfied with
the recovered data, they have the full option to decline
the recovered data and is not responsible for any recovery
service charge.
I have an
80GB hard disk drive but I only have 1GB of data stored
within the drive. Does it lessen the cost if I only
require a small amount of data from this high capacity
hard disk drive?
Our pricing policy charges are based on the difficulty
of the job and the time it takes our engineers to work
on your particular case rather than the amount of data
recovered. The difficulty of data recovery is really
in obtaining access to the defective media. It takes
our data recovery engineers the same amount of time
to get access to an 80GB drive with 1GB of data as it
does with an 80GB drive with 80GB’s of data.
