Our Process to Recover the Data |

To allow IntelliRecovery Data Recovery
to help you retrieve your lost data, please follow the
steps below: |
- Don't Panic
- Turn off the power.
- Do not re-install any software
- Do not restart the machine
- Do not open the hard disk or
try to repair it yourself

Once
you have decided to have your media assessed by
our expert Data Recovery Engineers, you should: |
- Securely wrap media in
anti-static bubble wrap or anti-static foam
wrap.
- Place wrapped storage
media in a box filled with some type of foam/peanuts
or bubble wrap.
- Please include the Preliminary
assessment form and place in box.
- Seal box securely.
- Please ship your storage
media via a traceable carrier that can provide
you with a proof of delivery if necessary
(e.g., Federal Express, UPS, Airborne, DHL,
and U.S. Mail Priority).

Once
the Storage media is received at our data recovery
laboratory, it will go through an initial engineer
recovery diagnostic. Once the media is fully diagnosed,
we will then provide a verbal report of our findings
for the customer as well as provide an accurate
price quote to recover the data.
Once the storage media has
been assessed by our engineers, the customer will
be asked for an authorization to allow us to proceed
to recover the data. To begin this process,
please fill out our Preliminary Assessment Form
and send it in with your media.

Once
approval is granted allowing their computer disk recovery
to proceed, we will immediately obtain a full
image of the customers storage media for hard
drive data recovery service, disk recovery or
any other recovery service. This will allow us
to work solely on a duplicate drive so to not
further damage the customers source drive. |

We
treat data confidentiality very seriously here
at IntelliRecovery Computer Data Recovery Service. Rest
assured that all work performed by IntelliRecovery
is safely stored and guarded within our data storage
vault. Once our engineers recover the data and
return your data to you, IntelliRecovery will
store your data for an additionally 15 days to
allow you to safely restore your data. Once this
15 day grace period has passed, your data will
be permanently degaussed & overwritten so
that data retrieval may no longer be possible
and can never be accessed again. In addition,
we are open to signing any non-disclosure agreements
with our customers.

Once
your data is fully recovered, you will then have
the option of having us transfer your data onto
the following storage media formats depending
on how much data is on your media:
CD-R: Up to 1400MB total
*1st 2CD’s are free
Each CD thereafter: $20/each
DVD: Up to 4.5GB total
1st DVD is free
Each DVD thereafter $25/each
Client may provide a target hard drive to transfer
client data.
Buy an IntelliRecovery Target drive. Price will
depend on the size of the hard drive
*Your data will be stored within our storage vault
for 15 days following your recovery to ensure
that you have a successful re-installation of
your data.
Customer may choose the
shipping option of their preference. (Shipping
will be at the cost of the customer) |
